Canyoning
Canyoning (also known as canyoneering) is travelling in canyons using a variety of techniques that may include walking, scrambling, climbing, jumping, abseiling, and/or swimming.

ideal for beginners or people with little experience, continues flowing water, abseiling heights not more than 10 meters, a little slide and jump, duration about 3 hours, ideal for adults and children from 7 years old.
BOIXOLS GORGE (BOIXOLS), LA FONT BORDONERA GORGE(ORGANYA), LAVANSA CANYON (RIBERA D’URGELLET)
located in the neighbouring regions of Alt Urgell (Spain), abundant flowing water, very aquatic, big jumps, abseiling of 20 meters, duration 3 to 4 hours, 14 years old + over only. Whole day trips.
LLECH GORGES (PRADES) AND ARTIGA CANYON (VICDESSOS)
specifically for experts, located in the Canigo (France) and Ariege region (France) very aquatic, jumps, toboggans of 15 meters on granite and abseils of 15 meters, adults of over 18 years old and good swimmers. Classed as the most fun canyons in the Pyrenees.
