1. Who is responsible for this site?

CyberAndorra.com is published by Bisoux, SL, Els Refugis Ed. Claror B32, AD100 Canillo, Principat d'Andorra. For any question about your personal data, contact us at booking@cyberandorra.com.

2. What data is collected?

CyberAndorra.com does not offer a user account or any personal data collection form. The only data processed is:

• Standard browsing data (IP address, browser, pages visited), collected automatically by our hosting provider for security purposes.
• Searches and clicks on the Stay22 widget: when you use the embedded hotel booking engine, you interact directly with Stay22, subject to its own privacy policy.

3. Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense)

This site displays ads via Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may set cookies to deliver personalised or non-personalised ads, measure their performance, and prevent ad fraud. You can manage your preferences at myadcenter.google.com, and learn more via Google's advertising policy and privacy policy.

The Stay22 booking widget and Google Fonts used on this site may also set technical cookies or trigger requests to third-party servers.

4. Retention period

Technical server logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Google's and Stay22's advertising cookies follow their own retention periods.

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object regarding your personal data. For data processed via AdSense or Stay22, these rights are exercised primarily with those providers. For any other question, write to booking@cyberandorra.com.

6. Transfers outside the European Union

The third-party services used (Google AdSense, Google Fonts, Stay22) may involve a data transfer outside the European Union, governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
